An Act Of Kindness, School Under Bridge

Hi Friends,

I would like to let you all know about an act of kindness being done near Yamuna Bank Metro Station Noida.

Two gentlemen with a great vision to spread education free of cost and bring a change are investing their time and energy in teaching more than 200 underprivileged kids. Mr. Laxmi Chandra and Mr. Rajesh Sharma, founders of school under bridge near Yamuna bank metro station are ground to earth visionaries who teach kids free of cost and ensure a bright future for them.

The class is conducted under a metro bridge and with no infrastructure at all, the only thing that drive the classes is the dedication and vision of the founders.

The students mainly belong to the near by underprivileged sites, kids from migrant families and labors. They enroll the kids in the nearby government schools and then teach them to bring them at par with the curriculum.

How to reach them: Reach Yamuna Metro Station, Noida--->Ask the local rickshaw puller to drop you to school(Yes each and every rickshaw puller knows about the school)--> He will drop you to the place where education blooms and selfless efforts to bring a change.

Contact: Mr. Rajesh Sharma (9873445513), Mr. Laxmi Chandra(9910657246)

Timing: Class timing is from 10 AM to 1 PM and then 1:30 PM to 4 PM, so better you meet them before or after this timing so the class is not disturbed.

It was an amazing experience for me to meet the founders and witness their amazing gesture to spread education.
Hats off to the effort.

I Am Privileged

"I am disgusted", Rohan screams in the room on a Friday evening. Fellow room-mate comes running in the room and saw Rohan frustrated and talking on phone. He waited for the conversation to get over and then gently asked Rohan, "brother, what is the problem? Why are you so upset?". It was like Rohan's roommate re-ignited the fire which was about to shut down and then it burnt the whole night. Rohan was upset on his annual appraisal which was not as expected. The whole night was spent drinking an expensive whisky.  Mira, a 25 year old girl is upset as most of her friends are getting settled in foreign countries and she is still in India. She has stopped visiting Facebook as it was demotivating for her to see all her friends getting married or visiting Europe. Most of the weekends, she spent time on her iphone x or shopping online.  Arjun was smoking the third cigarette because he realized that one of his college mate is earning more than him whereas he was be

Inspiration From A Luna Driver

It was a cold shivering morning of 18 th  Jan 22 in the northern Indian city of western Uttar Pradesh Meerut. Weather was very harsh and covid cases were surging in all parts of India. Most of the tech people like me were working from home and were comfortably placed inside 4 walls of their warm rooms. The sun was playing hide and seek and getting the clothes soaked in Sun was one of the most critical tasks. The cold weather was making everybody reluctant to travel by two-wheelers and car was the most appropriate mode of transport. If somebody asks me to go and bring some stuff from the market, the person seems to be the cruelest person on earth. But my better half asked me to bring some stuff from the market and I decided to take the best mode of transport, which is also energy saving, I decided to walk to the shop. In between, I saw a person on an old model Luna carrying a lot of items loaded all over his vehicle. He had so many items on the vehicle that I could only see his face cle

Dignity In Giving

If I help somebody, should I consider this an obligation, a favor, or a responsibility? One day, I went to a processing center of an NGO which collects and utilizes old clothes and turn them into useful products. It was a great initiative but there was always a sense of discomfort among the employees of the processing center because of the kind of stuff donated by people. There were torn-out clothes, underwear with stains, totally useless electronic equipment, utensils in the worst condition, etc. They told me that this is the daily site at the processing center because people do not think twice before putting any object in donation boxes. When we plan any gift for our loved ones, we ensure that it is worthy, neat, and nicely gift-wrapped. It makes us feel good that the receiver will enjoy the gift and cherish the relationship forever. Why do we not feel the same level of compassion for the beneficiaries to whom we are donating something? In Mahabharat, Karna supported Kauravas but
